Who Owns the Prints and downloads?

All images, both hard copy and digital, remain the property of Simon Eastmead and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used or published for commercial purposes, including AI manipulation without Simon Eastmead's clear permission. Simon Eastmead, trading as NewShootsPhotography.com reserves the right to use all of his Client's images on websites, blogs or Social Media for the purpose of marketing unless specifically requested not to.

Who fulfills Print Orders?

We use a number of fulfilment Photo Labs, more likely it will be ONE VISION IMAGING based in UK (they have their own shipping costs)

Do you Use a Print Release Form?

Yes, all pre-booked Photoshoots require a Print Release Form to be signed prior to a Shoot. (It can be obtained by request from our "Contact Me" page.

What is your Privacy Policy?



We at all times treat any personal information you may share with us with due care and diligence and do not share it with any third parties without your specific agreement. We at no stage store any personal financial information about you, including passwords or credit & debit card details. Financial information is immediately encrypted using the latest encryption technologies and cannot be re-used. If a telephone order is placed then immediately payment is cleared your financial details are securely shredded.

Where an order is placed by you for printing and processing then the relevant details are transmitted to the company responsible solely for the fulfilment of that order. This would include for example One Vision Imaging UK.

Your address details including email addresses and telephone numbers are retained on our system but are not passed on to any third parties. On occasions and if you are in agreement relevant product information may be communicated to you. You may opt out of this process at any time.
